Sierra Air, who worked on setting up our new home a few years ago, is now split into Sierra Air and Silverado Mechanical. That explains the 4 different phone numbers I have - 1 or 2 of them actually get me to Silverado Mechanical.

That said, we've had problems with our furnace that effected our AC two hot seasons in a row now (very unfortunate). Johnny, the mechanic who came out a couple times (first to inspect and get our air back up, then to install a float safety switch replacement).

The install turned out to be a very challenging job, as the space wasn't allocated properly in the first place...so correcting the initial job for the new house.

Just want to say thank you again to Johnny. He was always polite and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic.

I could not be any more pleased with the service from Silverado Mechanical. Rina was such a pleasure on the phone and went above and beyond to get a technician out to me in such a short time. The technician Aaron was amazing. He took time to answer all of my questions and explain everything he was doing. You could tell that he was focused on diagnosing the problem instead of trying to sell me something (unlike Sierra Air and Plumbing LLC). It’s hard to find companies you can trust and they have definitely earned mine.

We have been clients of Silverado for several years having signed up for their annual maintenance plan. The twice annual service has always been completed timely and professionally. However, recently our a/c stopped working on a very hot Sunday. We called Silverado expecting to leave a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person! In a word the experience was exceptional. A great technician named Saul arrived at our house two hours after our initial call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the needed replacement part and had our a/c back on in no time. In addition to great service, we received a discount on the part and service call since we were on the ongoing service plan. In this day and age this type of service is unheard of-kudos to Saul and Silverado for going the extra mile.

Called for service late in the afternoon. Prompt arrival by early evening. Honest diagnosis of a loose wire connection. Tightened connections and tested all components. Very pleased!

I would like to thank Larry, the service man who initially gave me a verbal quote to repair my AC unit. Larry initially quoted me $700.00 but after the installation, the company charged me $1300.00. Larry went to his bosses and explained about the orginal quote and the company is refunding me the difference. I was incredibly impressed with Larry, and company's character and integrity with honoring their orginal quote. Thank you.
